Hal Booth had a lifelong fascination with the effects of light and shade on the natural environment. This is reflected in the brilliant luminescence that is the hallmark of his work. Hal's work consists mostly of original watercolors and giclees, as well as oil paintings, many of which depict local scenes. Hal spent many years in the East Bay as an Art Instuctor and has held Art Workshops both locally and internationally.
